Shangong Machinery F series products adopt the new generation of Shangong Machinery family appearance, which is heavy and tough, fashionable and atmospheric, and has the following new upgraded features:
Loader-adopting a long wheelbase design, it effectively improves the stability and loading capacity of the whole machine. The product is equipped with an electronically controlled fixed-axis gearbox, fingertip smart pilot control, 8-inch LCD screen and other comfort configurations and a newly developed cab to achieve better operating comfort and work efficiency. The configuration of the National IV electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine is designed to provide high performance while meeting emission requirements, that is, to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and particulate matter to a lower level than previous models.
Roller - The die-formed engine hood is reliable and durable; the rear door and large-angle design of the hood facilitate maintenance and servicing. The overall performance and compaction parameters (frequency and exciting force) of the whole machine have been fully upgraded. It is equipped with a National IV electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine. Compared with previous models, it has better compaction effect and high operating efficiency, and can meet more complex application conditions. This model replaces the mechanical transmission with a hydrostatic transmission system, which has stepless speed change, soft and smooth transmission, and improves the operating comfort.
Grader - The die-formed engine hood is adopted, and the left and right large door design is convenient for daily maintenance and servicing. The variable piston pump is directly connected to the gearbox, with high transmission efficiency and low working noise, which improves the performance of the whole vehicle. It is equipped with a National IV diesel engine, and an economic mode is added to save more energy. Combined with reasonable machine optimization configuration, the traction performance is better.
Bulldozer - This model adopts a reinforced main frame and an integrated walking frame structure to improve reliability and easily cope with harsh working conditions. The standard 8-inch instrument panel monitors the machine status at any time, optimizes the center of gravity of the whole machine, further improves the stability of the whole machine, and makes driving more comfortable. Equipped with a National IV diesel engine, it has stronger power, provides better traction and faster response time, and optimizes program matching, greatly improves the working efficiency at low engine speed, and has better performance.
